I have my previous college level for 3 irregular years in CIT now CITU (Cebu Institute of Technology – University) that cover the minimum requirement before of at least 2nd year level in college, but be that as it may, I enjoyed and really liked to go to a school again now that real estate has now become a bachelor degree.

Which brings me to this next paragraph as to why real estate become my passion. I feel in love with real estate when I saw how I wanted to become more, to be not just more than financially but also to share more.

Looking back, when I studied engineering, I wasn’t much excited and inspired like today when i study real estate management.

Also while studying I get the real life application of what I learned so basically I’m learning the ropes both from the classroom and on the field literally.

Another event unfold in 2012 was my determination to make sure 2013 will be radically different. First, I manage to change  my diet. I no longer eat pork though on one occasion I certainly don’t resist eating boneless inasal haha. That I cannot refuse especially parties and what not.

So 2013, physically I want to sculp my body, no not Mr. Universe just shed extra pounds, hit the gym or on track and just look good.

So, expect something new, something great. All these with friends and business partners, my family and clients who form part of my success.
